We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payments must be completed before access to workshops or shipment of products.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment fails or due to technical errors.

4. Delivery

For Physical Products:

  • We ship within India via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location (generally 5–10 business days).

  • Shipping details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

For Digital Workshops:

  • Workshop access (usually via unlisted YouTube video links) will be provided after successful payment.

  • You agree not to share or download these videos.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Workshops: No refund or cancellation after purchase, as these are digital products.

  • Physical Products: No refund once dispatched. Replacements are offered only in case of defective or damaged items (to be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including workshop videos, product images, graphics, and text — is the property of Studio Artful and protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse any part without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Artful shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • Delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control.

  • Misuse of products or workshops.

Use our products and information at your own discretion and risk.
